Return and Replacement Policy

At Trad Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Orders are fulfilled through our UAE logistics partner, and replacement requests follow their fulfillment policy.


Replacement Eligibility

We offer a 30-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

Customers may request a replacement if:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • Wrong item received

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests may not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Product missing original packaging


Replacement Process

  1. Contact support within 30 days.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos of issue

  3. Request will be reviewed by fulfillment partner.

  4. Approved replacements will be processed accordingly.

Replacement handling and logistics are managed directly through our authorized UAE fulfillment provider.


Refund Policy

Currently, we provide replacement only and not cash refunds unless replacement is unavailable.


Processing Time

Replacement approval and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics processing.


Important Note

As orders are fulfilled through a third-party logistics provider, replacement decisions are subject to verification according to fulfillment partner guidelines.
